1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Roja Roja mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Roja Roja Service

Roja Roja is a marketplace that connects travellers with independent third-party providers, including local guides, safari drivers (and their vehicles), and gear shops ("Partners"). Roja Roja provides the platform that enables discovery, communication and booking between users and Partners.

Roja Roja is not the provider of the guiding, transport or gear services listed on the platform. Those services are provided directly by the Partners, who are solely responsible for them.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may browse as a guest, but certain features require a registered account.

4. Partner Listings

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, availability, descriptions, licensing and any legal requirements applicable to their services. Roja Roja does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any listing and encourages users to review Partner ratings and reviews before booking.

5. Bookings & Payments

• A booking request creates a direct arrangement between you and the relevant Partner.
• Prices, cancellation terms and refund conditions are set by the Partner and shown at the time of booking.
• Where payment is processed through third-party providers, their terms also apply. Roja Roja is not responsible for payment disputes between users and Partners.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Post false, misleading, offensive or infringing content.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users or Partners.
• Attempt to circumvent, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Collect or misuse other users' personal information.

7. Reviews & User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as reviews, messages and images), but grant Roja Roja a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content to operate and promote the Service. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roja Roja is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions or services of any Partner. Your use of guiding, transport and gear services is at your own risk, and any dispute regarding those services is between you and the Partner.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to Roja Roja, its users or Partners. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Roja Roja collects, uses and protects your information.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, location and profile details you provide.
• Usage information — listings you view, searches, bookings and messages within the app.
• Content — reviews, images and messages you submit.
• Device & technical data — needed to deliver notifications and keep the Service secure.

How we use your information

• To operate the marketplace and connect you with Partners.
• To enable bookings, messaging, reviews and notifications.
• To improve, secure and support the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information with Partners only as needed to fulfil your bookings and communications. We use trusted service providers (for example, cloud hosting, authentication and image storage) to run the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• You can review and update your profile information in the app.
• You can manage notification permissions on your device.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
